Project Management Training: PRINCE2® Training

Project Managers are far more than time-keepers and budget trackers! They are agents of change who drive results. To do so they require a thorough understanding of rigorous, well-proven methods that they have internalised through practiced application. That’s why we offer training in the PRINCE2® Project Management Method (Foundation) and PRINCE2® Project Management Method (Practitioner).

Highest quality, best value PRINCE2® training!

  • Foundation courses are 3 full days, allowing revision before the exam on morning of day 4
  • Instructors are all highly experienced practitioners, also qualified as PMPs
  • Highly competitive pricing
  • Courses all delivered at premium training venues with full catering provided
  • Ask us for an attractive quote on in-house courses.

Leadership and team culture development

A powerful relationship exists between expectations for behaviour, as embodied in the culture of a team or organisation, and the successful management of projects. Cultures displaying defensive behavioural norms can have a strong negative influence on likelihood of project success. This is particularly true when the norms are exhibited by key stakeholders such as the project sponsor, project owner, main users, project manager and project team members. Examples of defensive behaviours that can negatively impact on a project are the “good news syndrome”, “commitment-phobia”, “sticking to the rules” and “error-intolerance”.

Successful Project Managers have insight into these types of behaviours in their project team. They can identify behaviour types and understand their drivers, including how they are influenced by the Project Manager’s own behaviour. To help develop this crucial knowledge in project managers, we offer the Project Team Performance Workshop, including the Life Styles Inventory (LSI) ® for project managers and their project teams.
